Overview

This was an emergency project requested by the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority Real Estate Department to mitigate potential damage to the ATI aircraft engines due to Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and to provide a stable foundation for loading and unloading equipment.

Our Role

AB Engineering Inc. installed a structural section that included concrete and Cement-Treated Base (CTB) on a swath that tracked the loading and unloading equipment area. This reduced the overall cost of the project.
